This is the First original Telugu Drama written by Sri Korada Ramachandra Sastri, who is the author of more than thirty works in Sanskrit and TElugu. When the book was written printing presses were rare in India....if available they were in big cities. Author's son Sri Korada Durga Nageswara Sastri, himself a great scholar of Sanskrit, Telugu and Mantra Sastra took upon himself to publish all his father's works instead of creating his own works. This book is one such, edited and published by him. We are indebted to him for bringing to light great works of his father for the benefit of readers.
